On Thurday, March 15, at 7pm, Aromi’s Chef Patron Pietro Rongoni, and Guest Master Chef Francesco Spampinato (Sky Lounge – Ekaterinburg) prepared a dinner based on the range of Terre del Sole quality extra virgin olive oils, that are part of the CNO program. A tasting of these oils was guided by Paola Fioravanti, one of the most renown Italian olive oil tasters, who is also the President of UMAO, the Mediterranean Union of Olive oil Tasters. Guests were be welcomed by Gennaro Sicolo, CNO President, Erino Cipriani, CNO General manager, and Francesca Vannini, Marketing Manager of the Terre del Sole brand. Extra Virgin olive oils produced under the brand Terre del sole are the most successful outcome of the CNO program.
At the end of the night, Chefs Pietro Rongoni and Francesco Spampinato were awarded the CNO Certificate of Italian EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) Chef, for the role they played as Ambassador of the Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil during their career.
